Jin Pak began his career in the franchise restaurant industry as owner/ operator of a Subway Restaurant in 1991. After selling his successful franchise, Mr. Pak relocated to Southern California in 1998, beginning his career with Submarina. Working first as a Training Manager, he was able to get a firm grasp of the Submarina concept and relay that concept to countless franchisees and employees. Shortly after, Mr. Pak was promoted into a Director position, overseeing all aspects of training. As Submarina expanded, he moved from Director of Training into the dual role of Director of Construction and Operations. Jin was tasked with assisting new franchisees with the construction of their stores, along with store operations, training, and finance. After having gained considerable knowledge in the areas of construction and operations, Mr. Pak moved into yet another key area as Director of Information Technology where he mastered all aspects of the computer operations side of Submarina. Mr. Pak approaches his new role as Director of Area Development Operations, knowing that his previous roles within the Submarina Franchise will greatly benefit future franchisees and area developers. I ve been very fortunate to wear a variety of hats at Submarina. I hope to be able to pass on all the intricacies of running successful franchises to our future area developers, and with a the support of Submarina s Executive team, I m confident the Submarina system will continue to grow by leaps and bounds. |
