Linear Technology, In the Matter of Certain Voltage Regulator Circuits, ITC Section 337 Investigation. Successful representation of Complainant Linear Technology in a patent infringement action against Respondent Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. Parties reached settlement days before trial after agreeing to a consent order against all accused products.
