As Vice President of Customer Delivery, Mr. Weakley brings more than 18 years of customer service operations and technical service delivery experience. Weakley’s key responsibility is ensuring customer expectations are understood, their needs anticipated and a superior customer experience is delivered. Prior to joining MessageOne, Weakley was VP of Technical Operations for Mirage Networks, a network security software development company. Before joining Mirage, Weakley was VP of Customer Care for Motive and BroadJump (acquired by Motive). His responsibilities included Customer Service, Managed Services and Account Services, which delivered customer deployment coordination, support services and high availability service infrastructure. Weakley also held key senior leadership positions with Compaq Computers as Director WW Manufacturing and Quality Systems, and VP of Support Services with Thomas-Conrad Corporation. |
