Jim Spear is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer serving since January 2006.
Prior to joining the Management Team, Mr. Spear had served on the Board of Directors of Central DuPage Health and its predecessor companies for over 17 years. His roles have included Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee, as well as membership on the Compensation, Governance and Strategy Committees.
Prior to joining Central DuPage Health, Mr. Spear had his own business specializing in advising boards of directors on financial and governance matters. He began his career with Price Waterhouse and has held the positions of Vice President of Finance at Keebler Foods and Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Bakeline Group, LLC.
Mr. Spear graduated from Miami University of Ohio and has an MBA from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. |
