Prior to forming Strategic Behavioral Health, Jim Shaheen served as CEO of Compass Intervention Center (108 bed RTC/Memphis, TN), a subsidiary of Keystone Education and Youth Services. He also served as CEO of Coastal Harbor Treatment Center (113 bed Psychiatric Hospital/ Savannah, GA) Mr. Shaheen has over 19 years of behavioral healthcare experience in a variety of settings such as acute, residential, and outpatient services. He has successfully led multiple behavioral healthcare systems to increased quality and profitability. Mr. Shaheen holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Communications from Murray State University and a Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation also from Murray State University.
