Jim is responsible for customer support, training, and services. He has a track record of building outstanding customer service operations from the ground up, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Before joining Ravenflow, Jim was vice president of services at Kadiri, where he created a successful support infrastructure. Jim gained his global management experience working at PeopleSoft for seven years. He helped to establish PeopleSoft's European support operation in Amsterdam, starting with two employees and growing a highly-competent team of more than 30 people that achieved ISO-9001 certification in its first year. Jim went on to spend three years as PeopleSoft's director of international support, leading multicultural teams of support engineers in 12 countries throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Jim holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications management from Syracuse University, and is also a Microsoft-Certified Systems Engineer. |
