Jim Porter is a General Foreman at Midwest Electric. Since 1989, he has focused on the management of service and construction for Midwest Electric industrial customers in central and southern Ohio.With 30 years of experience in the high voltage electric field, Jim has worked with both large and small companies from a variety of business sectors, including: utility, hospital, paper and pulp, automotive supply, food and food supply. Jim’s areas of expertise include project management for large construction and maintenance projects, estimating, job design, crew management and billing.He has more than 750 hours of high-voltage training in addition to his 7,500 hours of experience as a General Foreman.
