Mr. Poole joined NorthMarq Capital in July 2004 when NorthMarq acquired Poole & Company. Mr. Poole founded Poole & Company in 1977 where he was President. Currently, he is currently Senior Vice President and Co-Managing Director of NorthMarq’s New Jersey regional office. He also has 14 years of commercial mortgage banking experience with Underwood Mortgage & Title Co. as President, and Pasbjerg Mortgage as Executive Vice President. Fairfield University, B.A.; Fairleigh Dickinson University, MBA. A recipient of a CMB designation by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, their highest professional certification. Past chairman of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association of America, and former member of the Board of the New Jersey MBA and New Jersey NAIOP.
