Jim’s experience has covered projects in new construction and renovation ranging from
$1.2 million to $15 million. He has coordinated training for steel tilt up construction and
has facilitated design build architects to accommodate unusual field conditions. As
superintendent he handles quality control, technical guidance, scheduling, coordination
and manpower for a variety of subcontractors. Jim was the construction superintendent
for the Krebbs gymnasium at the Hyde School in Woodstock, Connecticut. He has
completed the New Waterfront Park for the City of New London.
