Jim Peros is IHOP’s Vice President, Operations Services. Mr. Peros has served in this position since July 2007. Mr. Peros possesses 37 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to his appointment as Vice President, he served as Executive Director, Operations Services for IHOP Corp. Mr. Peros has owned his own restaurant concept, and worked in Operations positions for Wyatt Cafeterias and Taco Bell Corp.
In his role, Mr. Peros is responsible for managing and improving the processes, systems, and logistics of restaurant operations for IHOP Corp. He oversees functions that support restaurant equipment selection, restaurant engineering, labor modeling, labor maximization and cost minimization. In addition, the Training and Development function reports to Mr. Peros.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado. Mr. Peros and his wife live near Redlands, CA.
