As Vice President, Advanced Technical Services, Nolan is responsible for delivering world-wide pre-sales and post sales support as well as professional services to Incipient customers. Service offerings include Installation, Implementation, Managed Migrations and Best Practices consulting. Nolan brings 20-years of executive management experience in the delivery to market of numerous pioneering products by early stage and high growth companies. These products have been delivered into mission critical applications and have spanned high availability, high performance and highly scalable enterprise solutions including storage products and technologies. Nolan has served in engineering, product management and alliances management positions during his tenure at Incipient. Prior to joining Incipient, Nolan was part of the founding team and served as vice president of engineering for Cereva Networks where he directed the development of networked-storage systems and virtualization technology. There he also managed technical alliances and solutions partnering. Nolan’s experience in networked storage solutions also includes positions as vice president of operations at MediaLogic, a manufacturer of near-line storage products, and as senior vice president of engineering at Storage Computer, a manufacturer of scalable shared storage arrays. In addition, Nolan was a member of the founding team and served as vice president of engineering at Sequoia Systems, an early pioneer of commercial high performance fault-tolerant multiprocessor UNIX systems. Nolan holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |
