As our Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Jim Morgan has long worked to maximize the partnership between Insight and our employees. His understanding of the wide variety of issues that affect our people and programs comes by way of a 25-year law career in labor and employment matters. In fact, he served as our outside employment counsel since the company’s beginning in 1985. Jim believes simply that our success is best achieved by providing our employees a work environment that is open and fair.
When Jim joined Insight in 2003, he and his family relocated to New York from New Orleans, where he practiced law after graduating from Tulane University in 1978. This marked somewhat of a return home Jim and his wife Kathy live on Long Island close to where Kathy grew up. The return to the Northeast also enables Jim to spend a little more time fishing on the lakes of southern Ontario in his native Canada. |
