Jim joined Porter Consulting Services, Inc. in March of 2005 as a Recruiter. Jim has a B.S. in Finance from Saint Vincent College and has joined our team to assist Senior Recruiter, Art Floro, in his recruiting, screening and placement efforts with major clients in the print and financial services industries among others. Jim brings with him over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus in Employee Benefits. He has worked for such large firms as Federated Investors and PNC Bank as well as a local C.P.A firm and an Employee Benefits consulting firm. Through his experience, he has gained vast business knowledge and has developed excellent client relationship skills.
