Jim Mills is the Chief Financial Officer for Intechra, responsible for all corporate financial functions. Jim has more than 35 years in financial and operations management, having served as CFO, Corporate Controller, SVP, and VP Operations for mid-sized growth companies ranging from $100 million to $500 million. Jim built his career through organizing, developing and leading financial functions, mergers and acquisitions and financing for public and private companies. He began his professional career at Price Waterhouse, and has held financial and operations management roles at Ithaca Gun Company, Carrier Corporation, Peabody International Corporation, Globe Business Furniture, Horace Apparel, Advocat, and Atlantic Aviation, among others. Jim is a licensed CPA and a graduate of Siena College in New York. |
