Jim, a Certified Public Accountant, and he has diversified experience with a variety of industries serving private and public companies in manufacturing, transportation, services, non-profit, distribution, and utilities. His previous experience includes over 9 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Jim is a Partner in our Accounting and Assurance Services practice in Knoxville. Jim will serve as the audit engagement partner to plan, supervise, and control the audit as well as coordinate ancillary services. Jim has provided a wide range of services to his clients. He has worked with clients on annual and quarterly reporting for private and public companies, initial and secondary public offerings, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, risk services, mergers and acquisitions, and to address other significant business issues. |
