Jim has nearly 30 years of progressive experience in a variety of industries including, Healthcare, HVAC Service, Banking, Remodeling Construction, and 12 years in multi-family residential property management. Jim’s training at Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology and the Peterson School of Steam Engineering in MA, as well as Damage Control at the U.S. Coast Guard and two years at the Masters College are the backdrop to his career.
