Mr. Maskrey brings 25 years in the energy efficiency and renewable energy experience. He most recently spent 10 years with Hawaiian Electric Company where he served as the Demand Side Management program manager. Previously he worked with DMC as business development manager, and served as the conservation coordinator for the City of Santa Monica. He began his career at the Solar Energy Research Institute now called National Renewable Energy Laboratories. He is the President of the Rebuild Hawaii Consortium, Chair of the Environmental Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and member of the Hawaii Electricity Reliability Advisory Committee. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, M.S. in Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii. |
