Jim Madden is a partner with Accretive, LLC, a private equity firm focused on creating value in unique, well positioned businesses. Madden also serves on the Board of Directors for Accretive Care, TriNet and Genpact. Previously, Madden was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exult, Inc. After the successful sales of Exult to Hewitt Associates in 2004, Madden served as a special advisor to General Atlantic, a leading private equity firm. Prior to Exult, Madden has served in a variety of technology services industry leadership positions at Systemhouse, a technology and processing company. He was also Principal at management consulting firm Booz-Allen & Hamilton where he established and led the firm's IT and process reengineering practice in Southern California. He began his career in 1983 with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he developed and ran Andersen's first IT operations practice on the West Coast. Madden graduated from Southern Methodist University where he earned a BBA in Business and a BA in Geology. |
