Jim applies extensive consulting experience in the effective use of behavior-based leadership skills to assist clients with the management of human performance.
Jim has incorporated behavioral and performance management technology to assist clients in many industries, including oil, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, and high technology. By analyzing existing performance and working with leaders to design appropriate programs for change, he implements programs that help businesses realize measurable and sustainable results.
Jim earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining CLG, Jim served as National Director for Aubrey Daniels and Associates and was a partner with the Hay Group. He has made presentations to a number of organizations, including the International Association of Business Communicators, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Industrial Engineers, and the American Managed Care and Review Association. |
