After stints in the Air Force and at Spancrete Midwest, Jim joined Fabcon in 1971, running the company's field operations and worked his way up to Senior Vice President of Operations. Jim has seen Fabcon through economic downturns and prospersous times which included the expansion of the company from a single facility in Minnesota to additional facilities in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Jim and his wife of thirty years have three sons and five grandchildren. |
