James H. Hart is the President and CEO of Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, LLC. Jim specializes in senior leadership development, teambuilding, executive coaching and corporate culture change.
His Senn-Delaney Leadership client experience includes: BellSouth, Boeing, British Gas, Cigna, Compaq, Electronic Arts, GlaxoSmithKline, GTE, Hewlett Packard, McDonald's, Nortel Networks, Nynex, Northrop Grumman, Pacific Bell, PECO Energy, QVC, Taco Bell, Temasek, T-Mobile, Verifone, WellPoint, and Yum! Brands.
Jim founded a leading business software publishing firm in 1980 and led its growth for ten years, twice earning positions on Inc. Magazine's 500 list of the Fastest Growing Companies. Under his direction, his software firm automated over 100,000 medium-sized businesses and professional practices.
Following the sale of his software publishing firm, Jim joined Western National Group, California's largest multi-family real estate development and management firm. As President, Jim led Western's growth from the 65th largest firm to the 28th largest firm in the country. His leadership skills and management experience directed the company through operational and organizational changes resulting in a 35% growth in revenues and profits.
Jim received a BA in Psychology, and also has an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He is a former chapter chairman in the Young President's Organization and a current board member in the World President's Organization, WPO. He is married and lives in Corona del Mar, California along with his two daughters and a stepson. He enjoys tennis, travel, golf, scuba diving and the cultural offerings of Southern California.
