Jim Hamant has spent more than 30 years in technical management and supply chain management, including 13 years at Motorola in supplier management, product development, engineering, manufacturing strategy and production. At Motorola, Mr. Hamant developed and managed the successful implementation of lean initiatives for satellite manufacturing and processing for the original Iridium system. Prior to joining Iridium, he was an engineering manager at Orbital Sciences. He holds a MS degree and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton. |
