Mr. Gauer is an international venture capital fund manager with expertise in the telecommunications and software industries. He has been the chief executive officer of several successful companies in both the US and Europe and has established himself as one of the leading information technology investors in the Southern California region. A founding partner of Palomar Ventures, Mr. Gauer combines strong technical and management background with a solid record as an investment professional to guide and oversee the investment strategy for the fund. Prior to forming Palomar Ventures, he led early-stage information technology investments for Enterprise Partners Venture Capital. Mr. Gauer holds a BA in mathematics from UCLA and was a PhD Candidate in Mathematics and Philosophy at Johns Hopkins University. |
