Jim joined the Chadwick Martin Bailey team in 2006 as the Practice Leader for CMB’s Financial Services team. He arrives from Bank of America having spent the last eight years applying a variety of research techniques to drive business results in the Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management businesses.
Jim specializes in delivering:

Brand health monitoring that quantifies market perceptions, highlights leverageable brand strengths, and focuses on actions that can be undertaken to shore up perceived weaknesses

Jim earned both his B.S. and his M.B.A. from Babson College. |
