Mr. Faria has extensive experience in project development inclusive of project funding, design team selection, design development, cost projections, construction document development, contract award, all phases of pre-construction, construction operations, and project delivery. He was formerly a Project Executive with Paramount Bay Royal Palm Miami Holdings, LLC, where he was the lead individual for an on-site Owner team, negotiated and awarded GMP to major general contractor, and oversaw all aspects of design development. He was also a Chief Estimator for Turner Construction Company, Miami, FL, heading a 25-member preconstruction staff and a Project Manager for Turner at Aqua On Allison Island where he was responsible for all aspects of construction including cost, schedule, owner reporting, resource allocation and subcontractor management. Mr. Faria holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. |
