Mr. Estill joined SYNNEX Canada Limited in September 2004 as Chief Executive Officer after the acquisition of EMJ Data Systems Limited by SYNNEX Canada. Prior to joining SYNNEX Canada, Mr. Estill founded EMJ in 1979 and was President and Chief Executive Officer of EMJ. Mr. Estill built the company into a leading Canadian value distributor with a focus on niche markets such as auto-ID/bar code/point-of-sale, networking, Apple systems and accessories and supplies. During his 25 years at EMJ, Mr. Estill grew EMJ to a staff of over 300 people, CDN $330 million in annual revenues as of FY2004, and 99 consecutive quarters of profitability. Mr. Estill sits on the board of directors of several companies, including Research In Motion (RIM). Mr. Estill is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Ontario, with a B.A. Sc.
