Jim is Cornerstone's Training Consultant for Mid-Office Technology. He conducts all of our QCX and ResRules training sessions. Before joining Cornerstone two years ago, Jim spent 20 years as an Information Technology Specialist and a Technical Trainer and Course Developer for the United States Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Jim has a bachelor's degree in technical occupation and education from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is married and the father of four sons. In his spare time, he is also an accomplished woodworker. |
