Jim "Boots" Demarest is an F-15 Instructor Pilot and Mission Commander recognized as a Distinguished Graduate of the prestigious Air Force Fighter Weapon School "Top Gun" program. Boots, a Desert Storm veteran, has extensive business experience. After graduation from Cornell Law School as the Managing Editor of the Cornell Law Review, Boots spent over 9 years as a Commercial Litigation attorney in Florida. A self-proclaimed "recovering attorney", Boots now owns and operates a martial arts school while overseeing his real estate development projects in Southwest Florida.
Boots joined Afterburner in 2002 and has delivered his leadership and consulting experience to such companies as Sara Lee, Meridian Gold, Genworth, Kohler, Motorola, and GMAC, helping to develop their senior leadership teams through the full range of Afterburner's products and coaching programs. |
