Backed by 30 years of engineering, project management and estimating experience, Jim Cramer fulfills both pre-construction and project management roles at Bellows. Developing jobs still in their infancy is Jim’s specialty, and his passion for figuring things out complements his proficiency in estimating, scheduling and analyzing constructability. He holds a Bachelor of Science in both Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Indiana.
