James C. Lintzenich has been Director since October 2005. Also a Director of The RiceX Company since June 2003, Mr. Lintzenich serves as a management consultant to U.S. companies. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of SLM Corporation (Sallie Mae). From December 1982 to July 2000, Mr. Lintzenich held various senior management and financial positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of USA Group, Inc. Today, he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Student Loan Marketing Association (an SLM Corp. subsidiary) and the Lumina Foundation for Education. |
