Jill Bronson is a partner in Drinker Biddle's Corporate and Securities Practice Group and is team leader of the Corporate Finance Team.
Jill has had vast experience handling a wide range of financing transactions, both as counsel to the lender and as counsel to the borrower. As counsel to lending institutions, Jill has represented major regional and national banks and other financial institutions in diverse types of financing matters and in industries as varied as health care and telecommunications. As counsel to borrowers, Jill has represented venture capital funds, telecommunications entities and manufacturing firms in deals ranging in size from a few million dollars to several billion dollars. She has had experience dealing with complex intercreditor issues, regulatory matters and unusual collateral problems.
Jill has also been involved with the issuance of debt securities. She has counseled clients in 144A offerings, both for investment-grade and non-investment-grade companies in diverse industry lines.
In her corporate practice, Jill has advised clients in mergers and acquisitions and in various types of investments, as well as counseled clients on general business matters.
In General. Jill was born in Philadelphia. Following law school, she practiced law in New York at Shearman & Sterling and returned to Philadelphia in 1983. Prior to coming to Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 1995, she practiced at Cohen Shapiro Polisher Sheikman and Cohen and, before that, with Louis J. Carter. |
