Jesus Garcia, Jr. focuses on commercial litigation involving a wide range of businesses from start up to Fortune 500 companies. He has represented major energy companies in multimillion dollar breach of contract actions. Several of these actions involved the transportation and measurement of natural gas. He also arbitrated the interpretation of contracts involving multimillion dollar tax liability consequences. Mr. Garcia also works with Latin American companies. He has represented these companies in breach of contract disputes involving the defective manufacture of transmitters and the rights to FIFA World Cup tickets. Mr. Garcia also works on construction disputes. He has litigated cases involving the design and construction of an electrical power plant, allegations of mold contamination due to faulty construction, and the development, design, and construction of several commercial buildings. In addition, Mr. Garcia heads one of the Firm’s asbestos litigation dockets. He is also Texas Counsel to a company specializing in measurement control devices. Mr. Garcia also represents some of the largest insurance companies in the U.S, advising them and litigating a multitude of commercial and tort issues.
