Mr. Linares is the founder of BRS and involved in every facet of the company. Bell Atlantic and Hispanic Business News voted Mr. Linares "Hispanic Entrepreneur" of the Year. Minority Business News selected BRS as one off the Top 100 companies. Mr. Linares is also actively involved in many charitable and civic organizations including The American Italian Cancer Foundation, MADD and The American Heart Association.
