Jessica manages the product strategy, product definition, and design group responsible for Jobster’s consumer and employer services. She also oversees the usability of Jobster products, making sure that we are creating services that delight our customers.
Prior to joining Jobster in January 2006, Jessica was the Director of Customer Experience at Amazon.com. In this role, she ran the team responsible for measuring and improving the usability of the company’s websites and internal tools, and managed Amazon’s Customer Experience Bar Raiser program. In addition, she ran the design and development teams responsible for Amazon’s homepage, product detail pages, search, and store navigation. Prior to this role, she held numerous positions in website development and customer service organizations at Amazon, dating back to 1997. Jessica holds an M.A. in English from the University of Kansas, where she also spent two years teaching English literature and writing classes to undergraduates. |
