Jessica Houts is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Silicon Valley office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
During law school, Jessica was a senior articles editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, as well as a judicial extern for the Honorable John E. Munter at the San Francisco Superior Court. Additionally, she served as a law clerk in the Criminal Division of the Office of the Attorney General at the California Department of Justice.
Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in English Literature and Spanish Linguistics, achieving membership into Phi Beta Kappa.
Jessica is admitted to practice in California.
