Jessica will begin practicing in the St. George office beginning June of 2008, representing clients in a variety of areas including domestic and commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property matters. Jessica graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2004. In May 2007, she graduated summa cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School, located in Central Islip, New York, while serving as the Note & Comment Editor of the Touro Law Review. Her published comment, Violations of Zoning Ordinances, the Covenant Against Encumbrances, and Marketability of Title: How Purchasers Can Be Better Protected, can be found at 23 Touro L. Rev. 199.
During law school, Jessica interned with Judge Michael L. Orenstein, a federal magistrate judge in the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as an extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, Eastern District of New York, and as an assistant to former Second Circuit Judge George C. Pratt in a complex arbitration appeal.
Jessica is currently on leave to serve as a law clerk to U. S. District Judge Dee Benson. |
