Jessica Driscoll is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora, LLP who concentrates her practice on civil litigation and criminal defense.
She represents individuals in matters of health care, federal and state false claims, contract disputes, kickbacks, and obstruction of justice. Ms. Driscoll also represents female prisoners in a variety of matters through the firm’s collaboration with the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Framingham Project.
Ms. Driscoll has been involved in litigation for over five years. Prior to joining Dwyer & Collora, LLP in 2004, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Raner C. Collins of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Ms. Driscoll is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Journal of Poverty Law & Policy.

Represented executive of pharmaceutical company targeted for potential indictment in federal criminal off-label promotion investigation, which concluded without criminal charges against the client.
Represented only defendant to receive non-incarceration sentence in 13-defendant, complex money laundering and wire fraud case.
Won motion for reconsideration in federal court reversing court order to disclose client’s confidential pricing information.
Secured dismissals, pre-trial probation and other favorable dispositions on behalf of defendants in state district court criminal matters.
Represents female prisoners incarcerated in MCI-Framingham in collaboration with the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Framingham project.
