Ms. Francisco advises her clients on a broad range of estate planning matters. She focuses on drafting complex wills, revocable trusts and various types of irrevocable trusts, including (but not limited to) insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and charitable trusts. She also handles the administration of estates and trusts, and advises clients on the creation and administration of not-for-profit organizations and private family foundations.
In addition, Ms. Francisco has experience with family business succession planning, specifically the valuation of family businesses and drafting membership agreements.
