Jessica Lingertat earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in 1994 and her Juris Doctor in 1997 from the Marquette University Law School, where she was an editor of the Marquette Law Review. Jessica's areas of practice include all aspects of real estate law, including the representation of lenders, developers, management companies, and other corporate clients in commercial real estate transactions, leases and financing and with respect to development issues and related business matters. She is active in the acquisition, financing, development, and operation of a variety of commercial properties, including office, industrial, and residential projects, with an emphasis on homebuilding and construction finance. Jessica was featured in a profile of local real estate attorneys in the January 14, 2002 issue of The Illinois Real Estate Journal. |
