Jessica A. Kozlov-Davis is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She joined Drinker Biddle from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in New York, NY, where she was a litigation associate. Jessica's practice focuses primarily on all aspects of commercial disputes. Her litigation experience has ranged from matters involving contract disputes, challenges to billing practices and the defense of products liability claims. In addition, Jessica has experience in intellectual property litigation. As part of that practice, she has managed several cases, including representing a patentee in an infringement action that won a verdict from a federal jury.
In General. Jessica received her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Duke University in 1999 and her J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2002, where she was a notes editor for the Michigan Law Review. During the summer of 2000, she was an intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Jessica is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the University of Pennsylvania Inn of Court. |
