Professional Experience
Mr. Jauregui has a developed practice in matters involving telecommunications law, employment law, business litigation, and governmental entity tort defense. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, arbitrations, mediations, trials, and appeals in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Jauregui routinely represents wireless carriers in matters involving the Federal Telecommunication Act. He also regularly conducts workplace misconduct investigations and provides advice and counsel to management in that regard.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jauregui has had the unique opportunity to use his bilingual abilities in a variety of settings, from conducting workplace investigations in Spanish, to providing corporate entities with advice and counsel on international transactions in Latin America, to providing legal analysis and commentary on Spanish language television here in Southern California. As a former City Attorney, Mr. Jauregui also has experience in providing advice and counsel to public entities, including municipalities and police departments, as well as litigating public entity matters.
After graduation from law school, Mr. Jauregui served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mariana R. Pfaelzer, U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He has also previously served as President of the Los Angeles Unified School District Mexican American Education Commission, as legal counsel to the Latin Business Association, as a Board Director of the Mexican American Bar Association, and as a Board Trustee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar and has recently been named one of Southern California´s Super Lawyers by Law & Politics and Los Angeles Magazine (2004 & 2006).

Professional Memberships and Activities
Member, State Bar of California (Labor & Employment Law Section). Mr. Jauregui is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a former Board Trustee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as a former board director and current member of the Mexican American Bar Association.
