Jesse A. Mudd Jesse is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. A focus of his practice is the litigation of family law matters and resolution of family law disputes, including the settlement of divorce proceedings, preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and courtroom advocacy. Jesse is trained in the collaborative law techniques designed to minimize conflict in the resolution of family law cases. In addition to family law, his practice includes the litigation of a wide variety of civil matters, including those involving class actions and premises liability.
