Joe Kopsick joined Spencer Stuart in 1988. He is presently the firm’s head of practices with responsibility for Spencer Stuart’s global industry and functional practices. Previously, he was the managing director of North America and also served as the global practice leader for the Consumer Goods & Services Practice from 2000 to 2006.

Joe served two terms on Spencer Stuart’s board of directors and is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Chief Executive Officer, Board Services and Consumer Goods & Services practices. His client work focuses on CEO and board assignments for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed organizations, with an emphasis on consumer goods and services.

Joe received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is a former board member of the International Trade Club of Chicago.
