As the Director of Engineering, Jerry provides quality assurance and government and industrial regulation support for A&D’s parent company, ADC, and other products distributed by A&D. He provides engineering support, and acts as technical liaison communicating between A&D departments and ADC. He interfaces with new product development and provides technical training and documentation review. In addition, Jerry supervises any internal manufacturing as well as trains A&D personnel on ADC products. Jerry is responsible for government regulations including NTEP and Canadian Weights and Measures for the Weighing Division and FDA, QSR and Health Canada for the Medical Division. In the quality management area, he is responsible for overseeing ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 standards as well as support for A&D’s Customer Satisfaction Index and First Call Resolution. These are key programs to measure our product and service quality for our channel partners and end users.
