Jerry's background includes a B.S. in Mathematics and a Masters in Engineering from WV University. He has been appraising since 1973, and he holds the Institute's SRA designation. He currently balances his time as an independent appraiser and a national lecturer with his fulltime professorship at WV State College. Jerry has been teaching since 1973. |
