Jerry Suppa, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Suppa is a resident of Rancho Santa Fe, California and is an attorney and litigator who has represented financial institutions on foreclosures, workouts, and operating loss recoveries. Mr. Suppa currently serves part-time as Judge Pro-Tem of the San Diego Superior Court.
Mr. Suppa is the founding partner of the law firm Suppa, Trucchi and Henein, LLP of San Diego. He has over thirty years of experience as a civil trial lawyer with special emphasis and expertise representing financial institutions in California. Mr. Suppa has represented many banks and thrifts in collections, workouts and foreclosure actions. Mr. Suppa earned a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University of Los Angeles in 1972, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1975. |
