Jerry Balsano has over 26 years experience in the regional airline industry. He joined Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airways Holdings' primary subsidiary in April of 1979 as a customer service manager and was later promoted to Director of Stations. Mr. Balsano was appointed Vice President of Customer Service in June of 1998. Mr. Balsano is responsible for all customer service functions for all of Republic Airways operating subsidiaries. |
