Jerry Baker is responsible for managing North American sales and the development of new business within the Broadband Services division including CSG’s customer management & billing solutions ancillary products and Direct Solutions (CSG’s statement processing services).
Baker joined CSG in January 1997 serving in key sales and account management roles during his tenure and currently holds the title of vice president national account. In this role he is responsible for the sales and customer relationship management functions for CSG's largest domestic customers. Prior to this April 2001 appointment he held various positions in CSG sales organization including national account manager and director of national accounts.
Prior to joining CSG Baker held various sales and sales management positions for enterprise applications with Oracle Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. |
