Jerry P. Widman has been a director since March 2005. From 1982 to 2001, Mr. Widman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ascension Health, a large U.S. not-for-profit multi-hospital system. Prior thereto, Mr. Widman was a management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP for twelve years. Mr. Widman currently serves on the board of directors of Cutera, Inc. Mr. Widman received a B.A. in Business from Case Western Reserve University in 1965, a J.D. from Cleveland State University in 1969, and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver in 1970. He received his attorney's license from the State of Ohio in 1970 and his Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Ohio in 1982. |
