Lt. General Sinn joined the Company in January 2007 after a stellar 38-year career with the U.S. Army. During that time he served as the Military Deputy for Budget to the Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management and Comptroller. Before that he served as the Director of the Army Budget for the Assistant Secretary of the Army. He was a leader and chief strategist regarding Army budget matters in the last eight years of his Army career. Lt. General Sinn enlisted in the Army in 1968 and served in the Vietnam conflict as a "tunnel rat performing underground search-and-destroy missions in the very extensive underground tunnels and complexes that were pervasive in South Vietnam. Lt. General Sinn’s other assignments included tours of duty with engineer battalions and brigades infantry divisions personnel centers and training and doctrine commands. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the U.S. Army War College. |
